We are extremely pleased with our remodeling project done by Kris at Unger Construction. I wish we had more work to give him and would highly recommend. The project was a hit remodel of kitchen, bath, window and door replacement and deck resurfacing. The team was punctual and very proactive about communicating throughout the multi month job. They showed up when they said they would, kept the work area clean every day, and coordinated with our schedule. He worked seamlessly with the kitchen designer and she has also referred him to other clients. Quality of workmanship was fantastic down to the little details - he crafted a curved wood piece to fit around the stone hearth for the new wood floor. He went above and beyond to source replacement doors and accommodated change orders including a new deck. We received high value for a very reasonable cost on the project.
