Everyone was extremely pleasant. When we had an issue with our fireplace the first night they worked to fix the issue the next day since it was 1 am. Clarissa was extremely helpful when we had multiple charges on my account to resolve this and helping me upgrade my room as a surprise for my husband. This was the best hotel experience we have had. Both my husband and my dad didn’t want to leave. We all loved the atmosphere and was impressed by the rooms as well as the hospitality shown. Will definitely be staying here again.
