We had a nasty flood in our basement. They were quick to come over and give us an estimate. I was really impressed with the compassion I felt from them for our situation. I’m sure they see this stuff every day but I definitely felt like they wanted to help us figure it out. Definitely recommend them next time this comes up - which is hopefully never 😂
I talked with Alex at Prime Restoration multiple times over the phone and text after a flooded bathroom from our upstairs neighbors caused water damage and major leaks in our bathroom underneath.
